My doctoral research aims to model the population dynamics of an amphibian community in the Sierra Norte of Madrid and to identify the principal factors affecting its long-term viability. For this I integrate longitudinal capture-mark-recapture datasets with genomic analyses, within the framework of a long-term monitoring program that has compiled over 15 years of continuous data.
