I am a biologist with an MSc degree in Biodiversity: Conservation and Evolution from the University of Valencia (UV). I am very interested in environmental microbiology and microbial evolution. I currently work as a research assistant at the Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales (Madrid, Spain), under a contract from the region of Madrid (PEJ-2024-AI/ECO-31856).  I participate in the ARGOS project, where I am in charge of most of the laboratory work, as well as some bioinformatic analysis. In the ARGOS project, we expect to provide the first overview of the resistome of the waste water system of Canal de Isabel II by using metagenomic sequecing.
